Responsibilities
·Architects, Designs, Delivers, Monitors, and Improves the Project Management Service Offering for the IT PM Services & Delivery Org
• Develop and implement a set of PM services that improve project outcomes/drives efficiencies in PM activities
• Service Portfolio includes Capacity Management, Estimation, Financial Management, evaluate and review what is being done and how it is being done across IT; identifies gaps, inefficiencies. Provides consultative services, identifies training needs to drive improvements. Continuously evolve services based on assessments. Ensures performance and outcomes of services are achieved.
Achievements
• New cost estimation service delivered with a new automated tool that enables IT Business Partners and Project Managers to improve the cost estimation accuracy, enabling the organization to improve by 30% the utilization of the IT organization funding
• Service model framework defined to enable the IT PM Service & Delivery Organization transformation
