PMO - Performance & Adoption

Responsibilities

·Resource Capacity Management Process Owner, process development and optimization through a robust MOS and a successful definition and deployment of IT PPM Direct (Accolade) capabilities and functionality

·Provide project management expertise and assure effective delivery of new IT capabilities

·Deploy standardized work, project management methodologies, governance and tools to enable consistently, high quality, agile execution of IT projects across Enterprise IT.

·PPMO Performance and Adoption Leader, responsible to define KPI, evaluate and improve them through a result oriented MOS ensuring the adoption of processes across the Enterprise IT organization

·Establish Criteria to evaluate PMO effectiveness for the organization based on PMI and Industry Benchmarking

·Improved adoption of processes by 35%, improved KPI by 30%

·Developed and implemented the Resource Capacity Management process
