·“On time to Request” metric increased 14% by developing and implementing a repair flat rates model with pre-funded purchase orders in all repair and overhaul shops across the globe for some specific products, some additional benefits included customer satisfaction improvement, “orders hold” reduction by 4.5% and margin increase by 3.24%
·Avionics RMU (Retrofit, Mods and Updates) Sales process development and implementation, because of the new process, I helped to increase sales achieving $2,591M by identifying new customers and providing the sales team all required standardized tools to support the different RMU sales campaigns. The process also helped the demand team to increase forecast accuracy to 85%
·Tiered Pricing strategy for spare sales development and implementation, this global implementation leads to maximize revenue achieving an additional $7.3M during the year
